Privacy Policy

Lullmare Vigil (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to the App Store and Google Play releases.

1. Information we collect

In normal use, the App does not automatically send or collect personal information on servers outside your devices. The following stay on the iPhone and/or Apple Watch (or the corresponding Android devices):

• Monitoring settings (wait times, theme, alarm options, and similar)
• Notification schedules
• Session history on the watch, with a copy on the phone after you load it
• Wake-mission lists you enable or add

2. Device features used

• Motion sensors on the watch — to notice when the arm stays still. Raw sensor data is not sent off the device.
• Notifications — alarms, optional schedules, and prompts to refresh monitoring.
• Audio playback — alarm tones. Sound is not guaranteed.
• Microphone — only if you turn on voice to stop a weak alarm. Processing is on the watch. We do not record or upload audio.
• Local network — to sync settings between the phone and the paired watch on your network. Not used to send data to our servers.
• Battery level on the watch — to estimate remaining time and to warn at low battery. Not sent off the device.

3. Sharing

The App does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell user data. There is no account.

4. Deleting data

On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the App from that device.

5. Children

The App is not directed at a specific age group. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
